I tried the Bread recipe, on page 78. Now this is good! Tastes good and can get toasted like “unhealthy/normal” bread. This is definitely a keeper!
Even though I did not follow the recipe like gospel, and I used a bread baking machine. This is way cooler than I thought it would be. Now I can eat bread without worrying getting out of fat burning
The potato mash, made out of cauliflower on page 68, is the best potato mash stand-in ever! Together with some meat cooked in plenty of fat, some vegetables, even my old mother (88 years old) liked it! Then it is definitely good! 🙂
